1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- There was a significant delay or failure on our part
- The quality of service did not meet agreed standards
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after service has been delivered
- Failure to provide access or necessary requirements for service
- Last-minute cancellations (see cancellation policy)
- Services already completed satisfactorily
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Advance Cancellation: Full or partial refund may be issued depending on notice period
Short Notice Cancellation: A cancellation fee may apply
Same-Day Cancellation: Typically non-refundable
5. Deposits
- Deposits made to secure bookings (especially for catering services) may be non-refundable
- This will be clearly communicated before confirmation
6. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- Provide details of the issue
- We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe
7. Method of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days
